"Reposting my review on google since apparently their main website filters out the bad reviews. I purchased a new pair of low 1’s and the pair they sent me was used. This is unacceptable when you are paying $250+. Dealing with their customer service is a pain and even when asking for a refund they still give you the run around and ask for pictures rather than honoring your return request."

"I ordered a pair of the Low 1's and the shoes I received were a bit snug. On top of that they looked to have been returned from another customer as the soles had bit of scuffs/dirt. I read reviews online mentioning that the customer service was not great especially for a high costing item. This was a bit concerning. Thankfully I had a great customer service experience. Aside from receiving a pair of shoes that looked to be a return I received a quick reply and was helped immediately with a return/exchange. Jazmin on the support team was amazing and greatly helped turn my first impression around!"

"I had an exceptional first experience with Oliver Cabell. Shipping from the States to Dubai was timely, and I received a pair of Low 1s and there were no issues with delivery whatsoever. Unfortunately, I was disappointed when my brand new shoes appeared to have been lightly worn (!). My wife and I made an unboxing video which was rather underwhelming because of what we received. The soles were slightly dirty, and the right shoe had a light pin hole in the heel where inserting your foot. Obviously I was expecting a crisp, clean pair of shoes, which are not cheap. I sent an email to customer support with some photos of what I had received. Upon contacting a wonderful customer service rep named Julie, I was asked to take additional photos of the shoes, and their internal team would then make a decision. Her communication was quick, positive, and empathetic. I was fully expecting to pay in order to send the Low 1s back to the States for an exchange, and I had already covered the customs/duty fees to Dubai, so it was it was looking like an unfortunate and pricy first experience with this company. Oliver Cabell completely surprised me (again) when they said their team had made the decision that I'd receive another pair of Low 1s asap, and that I could keep the first pair (!). Email was prompt, professional - this company truly understands customer service. This was my first time buying shoes from them, but pretty sure it won't be the last. Thank you Oliver Cabell for going that extra mile, which is definitely rare these days. And the shoes? Just got the 2nd pair - the fit is incredible, and they look fantastic!"
