"Been a patient for years. Always very happy with the amazing woman at the front desk. The dental assistants & dentists. Today I was given options. A crown, or do nothing. The tooth had half a filling in it & should last causing me No problems. Having no dental coverage the crown cost was eliminated. As I was leaving he called front desk to tell them to charge me $40.00 for doing nothing. I felt like I was robbed without a gun being pointed at me. A return patient as I’ve been I felt this charge was outrageous. Don’t remember the doctors name other than he being Asian. I’ll be sure not to see him again. Wednesday 5/23."

"I made an appointment as a new patient. But unfortunately due to me getting sick, I could not make it and so I called to postpone it. I just called to reschedule my appointment and they said because I canceled my appointment they will not make another appointment with me. It left me a little bewildered. I didn’t go in because I didn’t want to get the staff sick. I thought I was doing the right thing by postponing It until I was feeling better. So if you want to be a new patient at this facility, just be sure that you don’t get sick and have to cancel your appointment because they will not reschedule. Not recommending this place to anyone."

"Highly effective dental cleaning staff with excellent bedside manner. After multiple visits I definitely like how thorough they are with my X rays and fillings. To top it off Dr. Holly makes sure you're NOT in pain and explains herself quite well. Seeing as I know very little about dentistry, she takes her time to educate me when I'm concerned or ignorant. That's important and I appreciate it. Here's to flossing every night so I can forget about getting another filling!"
