The non existent customer service has been awful from the start and the “upper management” has categorically refused to take any accountability. "My daughters 3rd pair of boots have been a nightmare. First there was a nail sticking through the sole of the boot into her foot. Then fit issues. After 3 trips to their Flushing facility my daughter put them on to wear and the snap broke. They’ve never been worn outside n they’re broken. Attempts to reach Jack Lynch have been unsuccessful, his cell goes to a recording saying his voicemail is not set up and the store number goes to a circuit busy. Checked on line n the new store address is “ temporarily closed”. I am afraid they may have gone out of business. I’m going to call the local tack shop that deals w them n investigate."
