"Terrible customer service. I bought my a pair of shoes for my wedding at this store. The shoes were beautiful and comfortable but sadly, they did not match my dress. I loved the shoes so much that I went back to the store and asked if they had in a lighter color so the store ordered me the same pair in a different color online (but in store). Unfortunately, the 2nd colorway also did not match so I gave up and went back to the same store just to ask for store credit (not even attempt a full refund even though it was within 2 weeks of purchasing the 2nd pair). The manager on duty refused to give me store credit and told me this was because I had already exchanged the first pair (which I was told was done as a courtesy on her end). She then told me I either could keep the shoes or pick out a new pair on the spot in store and could not be be given store credit. This was never mentioned after I exchanged the first pair for another pair that cost more $$. Clearly, these sales people are are ONLY concerned about their commission and not their customer service. I tried to call the customer service number from their website and also email and was told that the stores are separate from online and they could not help me. It apparently is the MOD's call whether or not to allow a customer to exchange or not. Now, I am stuck with a pair of shoes that cost a pretty penny and could not return. I also had to buy another pair of wedding shoes so I am out a chunk of change. I will not be shopping at this Stuart Weitzman again and most likely, not any Stuart Weitzman in the future. I am also going to tell my friends and family not to shop here based on my horrilble, first experience at a Stuart Weitzman store."
