"I would give the office as well as the office practice high marks. Dr. Berson was very professional. I had two visits with her. After my second one she called to ask how I was doing . At my second visit she and her staff explained my root canal procedure very thoroughly, it went as expected and was also painless. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back to her office if I needed another procedure done."

"Dr. Berson is a self-centered unethical person who cares more about money than treating patients with care. I was seen by Dr. Berson for a consultation for pain in a tooth in December 2021 at which time I made an appointment for root canal which was scheduled for January 4, 2022. The office called me the day before the appointment to cancel the appointment and they told me the office was closed! They never told me what happened and refused to reschedule. All they said was the doctor was not available, the office was closed and they did not know when they would open again. So I asked for a refund of the $225 paid toward treatment, and they gave it to me. I have been dealing with pain ever since which I thought was everything from a tooth ache to a sinus or ear infection and went to different doctors for treatment. Today, 8/22/23, I was again referred to Dr. Berson because one of my teeth has developed an abscess for which I need an emergency root canal. When I called Dr. Berson's office today, they scheduled an appointment for this afternoon and told me it was $1500 which I am willing to pay. Two hours later, THEY CALLED AND CANCELED THE APPOINTMENT BECAUSE THEY SAY THEY DON'T FEEL COMFORTABLE WITH ME!!!! I'm not the one who canceled my original treatment, they canceled and now are taking their problems out on me. How could any decent doctor turn away a patient because they gave me a refund of $225?! Aren’t doctors supposed to have an ethical responsibility to provide the best treatment to patients? So, they are holding the doctor's personal problems against me for an appointment they canceled? I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR TO ANYONE! Is she so focused on money and her personal issues that she can't treat patients who are in pain? DON'T SUPPORT HER OFFICE. SHE'S A HOT MESS! Yes, a hot mess! I learned about why she canceled my appointment in 2022. It was because she was having personal and family problems and didn't have the decency to refer her patients out to another doctor. They couldn’t tell me when the office would reopen and just turned me away, and now are taking out her mess on me. It's not my fault she couldn't deal with life at that time! She was focused solely on herself and shut her office down instead of helping her patients. Now that she reopened her office, she chooses to be disrespectful to patients instead of treating them. Maybe she doesn’t feel comfortable with me because I know the truth about why she abruptly shut her office down!!"

"I found Dr Brooke and her staff to be very personable. I had many questions about my root canal procedure. They were very knowledgeable and addressed all my concerns. They pretty much put my mind to ease for what I was about to experience. I am happy to say that the procedure was painless for me and I actually was able to go to work that evening. The office was very neat and clean and well presented. I would highly recommend Pure Endodontics."
