"Went in last Friday to buy a pair of shoes for dinner. No greeting and waited around for assistance until I had to ask for help. I left wearing the heels and purse I purchasd, got into a car and drove to a parking lot. I walked 1 block and a half to and from the parking lot before driving home. In the car when changing my shoes, I realized a part of back of the heel was damaged. Embarrassing, but not the end of the world. I came in today to change them and the gentleman was very understanding and eager to help me. It was the same woman who sold me the shoes and she said "that wasn't there when I sold them." Um, clearly they were. I didn't wear heels so play in rocks and the rest of the shoe was in perfect condition. I went in there polite and received rude customer service. Not sure if that's the usual or if I was being discriminated against. I love ALDO but won't be back at this location."
