"Zero stars. I called and made an appointment for a specific time and drove 35 minutes for my appointment. The owner Michael had 6 people ahead of me when I arrived. And he was jumping back and forth between them. When I asked how long it would take for my appointment he started yelling at me and I got up and left. I will never go back to this place. It was the second time he went on a tangent and yelled at me in front of other customers. It’s really a disgrace how this man thinks he can treat people and stays in business."

"If I could give ZERO STARS I would!! The owner is the rudest man for a business owner. I stopped in because I’m new to the area and wanted to get a full set of nails for Christmas. The owner stated he does not do Gel service and told me to get out ! I was appalled his manner and rudeness especially for trying a new nail salon I have never been to."

"I moved to New Egypt about a year ago and I thought I would try them. So happy that I did! They do a good job every single time. I always call in advance, they do get busy and it takes 30 seconds to schedule an appointment. I always change the shape from square to round long to short and they deliver every time! Love this place"

"0 zeros if I could. The man with the earring is extremely rude. I have no idea who he thinks he speaking to. He obviously hasn’t ran into the wrong one yet. Almost regret not walking out after he shouted at me to sit down and then threw the nail sample cards into the table. The nail dryers are extremely old and useless. This salon only lasts because there’s no other one’s in the area. Sad, rude service."

"I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. Helped within minutes, but I also made an appointment so that helped. I showed them a picture of what I wanted done and they did exactly that. I was there for an hr and a half but I was pleased that they took their time to do a good job and I was very happy when I left. I highly recommend this place and I will be a returning customer for my future manicures."
