"i got a gel acrylic full set. they where rude the second we walked in. our appointment was for 9:30 and they starred at 10:20. they did a terrible job. my nails look like they are over grown, chipped and 3 weeks old when they are only a day. i do not recommend."

"I used to come here pre covid and they did a good job. Came back to get my dip off and just get a clear coat manicure. I have NEVER experienced a manicure like I had. She tried to RIP off my powder dip which is actually INSANE. The soak was in the smallest bowl and my hands were squished. It was about 80 degrees in the salon. She barley cleaned my nails. It was 10$ to take my dip off which is crazy and TWENTY dollars for a manicure. For somewhere so costly you'd think they could make the inside a little nicer. NYC is better priced than this place. I am so sad because I used to come here all the time. She also just took tools out of her drawer that clearly were not clean. Go ANYWHERE else on LBI. DO NOT waste your money here."

"Polite staff, easy to talk to. Made an appointment and they were ready for me. Gel Nails came out nicely. The atmosphere is not relaxing, and needs a more luxurious feel. Also, make sure you have the gel nail colors in stock that you are offering your clients. I picked 2-3 colors I wanted, then found out they didn't have them. Easy fix, take those sample colors off display!"
