"Dentist was great! The way that they do the billing is NOT great. I have never paid for services after I received the standard cleaning etc but with this office I DID. Even after stressing that I did not want to move forward with anything until I had an understanding of the costs they still billed me! They did not do any pre-authorization to check if insurance covered x-rays and did them anyway. I had an emergency visit to fix a chipped tooth and then a cleaning and got charged for 2 visits. I would love to stay at this dentist but this is not the first time this has happen. They have to do better."
