"Really liked going into the store. I was being helped by Todd, the store manager, who is a very genuine person and always provides great service. He’s been my go to guy since 2016 with Allen Edmonds. The shoes here are great quality and with recrafting, they last forever. I will say - not every store has good service. Their 55th and Madison Avenue store especially has terrible service, so much so that I called their customer service phone number to complain. But Todd is absolutely excellent so I would recommend stopping by this location and working with him."

Todd took care of me and was very attentive. His years of experience really showed and he answered all my questions and provided additional tips. I have wide feet and they have shoes that fit me perfectly and look amazing. They have a wide selection of styles and their staff is very knowledgeable. "Classic shoe that is a staple in the leather shoe industry. AE makes incredible shoes that are very durable. The store here is very small but still has a great selection and has many shoes in stock. The staff is great, although there is usually only 1 person working at a time, even on weekends. But the guy working (with long hair) was a great help. I would recommend this shop, but also to do some research on what you want before you come (ie leather sole or rubber, what models you like, etc.). Then come in the store and try them all on. There are a lot of things on sale as well in this store too."
