"Today I was in Aldo and had a big problem with a gift card, the manager Cameron went above and beyond to help me he spend an hour on the phone with customer service. Anyone else would have said you need to call customer service. He didn’t he was sweet, kind extremely professional, Aldo you need more employees like Cameron. He is the best, bravo Cameron you are an extraordinary employee."

"I have avoided this place like the black plague. For years anytime I would go into the store the women that work there would always be problematic. I wouldn’t recommend shopping here because they continue their poor customer service behavior to you and I have also seen them arguing with other shoppers when I’ve been there. It’s a shame that management never does anything."

"I bought shoes for my husband in the NY tristate area and paid for shoes and NY sales tax. When I visited the store to return the shoes, the manager Alyssa was able to process the refund only for the shoes. However, she did not know how to return the sales tax. She was not confident and did not know what she was doing. She refused to reach out to the support center and ask them how to proceed with refunding the sales tax. Advice to the ALDO store, please provide training to your employee. It has to be a better way to solve the problem in the store than turn out the customer."
