"Great Clips is trash simple as that. Not because of the stylists but the company themselves. Minimum pay, treating stylists like 3rd party contractors to avoid better benefits, superficial treatment of women's looks and bodies and not to mention NEVER STANDING by their workers when treated absolutely horrendously to make sure customers are kept happy. Ask the stylists to do your hair on the side or go to a barber shop. I know the first though is "but we are taking business away from the stylists" yes but if enough pressure is applied they will change their treatment. Or just ignore it like most people do and keep getting quick shifty haircuts because stylists are forced to try and do it in 15 minutes hahahha. And no im not a disgruntled exemployee let's just say I know the in and outs in their business."

"As long as you check in on the app, they text you when to head over for your seating. You rarely have to wait more then 5 mts once you get there. Their stylist are very friendly and do a great job."

Each time I got a new stylist I found my "new favorite" but they are ALL my favorites: Jamie, Brian, Karen and Christina are amazing. And the online check in feature is very efficient."
