"B A D, B A D, B A D......Be very careful before purchasing from this company. Ordered an item, received, and used once. Had a severe allergic reaction. Attempted to contact via email which was impossible, called the number on the invoice, and spoke with customer service rep (not polite, or helpful) was told no refund, credit only. Was not informed of this when purchasing item. Apparently no refunds on "used" products. Where is this stated? In the fine print which is included in the long (lengthy) policy info. Adding insult to injury, I have to pay the return shipping, and will not be credited for initial shipping charge. Hope this is helpful to others, and they will refrain from purchasing from Image Beauty."
