While there I was shown a 2013 Nissan Altima that I instantly fell in love with after one drive. Matt worked with me that day to find a price that worked with my budget to ensure I was able to get the car. By the mix of professionalism and the affordability I was met with I bought the car on the spot. The car has been an absolute joy to drive and the quality speaks for itself. "I had been searching for a specific SUV with certain features for some time and finally found what seemed like the perfect vehicle at MB. Got in touch with Matt and had been in contact with him for about 2 weeks before I set a date to come see the car. I live 3 hours away and work 9-5 during the week, so it took some time to finally be able to go see the car. Matt had told me I could put a $500 deposit to hold the car for a few days, but I told him I wanted to see the car first, test drive it, and put down a larger down payment. I confirmed with Matt the night before that I was coming on Saturday. I confirmed with him the morning that I was leaving. I have 2 young kids and was delayed leaving that morning. Matt told me the last appointment they take is at 3pm. I gave him updates on my ETA, confirmed when I was 30 minutes away, and made it there by 3pm. When I entered, nobody greeted me for about 10-15 minutes. I stood and waited until Matt was done with his customer and greeted me. Here is where it really goes downhill for me. We walked over to the car for the test drive, I open the door and realize it wasn’t the same car. I told him the one I was looking at had a different interior. He acted surprised, looked at his phone, and told me “oh, I’m sorry, that one sold”. I just took the time away from my family and drove 3 hours to find out when I arrived that it sold. Matt claimed another salesman sold the one I was inquiring about, but they got mixed up and thought the one sold was the one he was showing me. I don’t buy it. Matt didn’t show an ounce of remorse. He didn’t seem surprised that this happened. Honestly, it feels like they didn’t think I was a serious customer and sold it to whoever came in that day. Matt didn’t offer to help me find any other vehicle, although I wasn’t looking for anything else. They had another SUV, same make and model. I, myself, had to ask to see it and test drive it. He pulled it out and gave it to me with a tank of gas that was just nearly empty. His words were “not enough gas for a test drive, but enough”. A complete waste of time and money. I have young children that I left for the day to try and go buy our family car. I spent gas driving 3 hours from MD to NJ. Serious lack of professionalism and common decency at this place. You can clearly tell customers are just numbers to these people. I would not recommend."
