"Wish I did not have to give this kind of review, but based on my own experience, it’s necessary. I use to frequent this place, for my waxes and enjoyed coming, before life happened. I thought this could be my go to place-for all services, going forward including for my child, and people that I was willing to recommend this place too. But after getting my hair done here for the first time a day ago, the attitudes were a turn off for me. The lack of customer service was not one to be desired. It had nothing to do with the hairstyle, just the overall vibe of tension in the air toward me. If I have to spend my money in a place and especially one that I’m expected to pay an arm and leg, for a simple hairstyle, just to get those kind of vibes, I’d rather go elsewhere. Which I have every intention of doing. I try to support black businesses, but not when the attitudes are present. When someone takes the time to choose your business to accommodate them you should be more than happy to at least be courteous and professional in return."

"Went once was great but I made a appointment before my gender reveal called at 9:50 told me they would take me so I was depending on that get a call at 3:30 they can’t take me! All those hours they had to say something they wait till it’s too late to make an appointment with anyone else because I had to be at my reveal soon. The most ridiculous situation I’ve ever had was in disbelief. Nobody at all was able to take me after already confirming. Not a reliable place please keep in mind if it’s a important event."

"I had an appointment today and the salon was locked with no one present. I even received a text message asking me to confirm my appointment for today! I had a wedding to go to today and now I can't get my hair done in time!"

"Jasmine was knowledgeable about the style I was getting, she was very sweet. However, I was quoted one price over the phone after giving complete detail on the style I would receive and was charged double the amount after the style was complete. Jasmine stated she charges $100/hr. So I would say make sure you confirm the price with stylists when you get there to make sure you aren't hit with any surprises. Thankfully we were able to rectify the situation."
