"Fabco Shoes have been in business for years, they provide descent shoes at a reasonable price especially for children. The employees are usually very respectful and are available to provide assistance immediately. This is a great store to purchase foot wear for small kids primarily school shoes and shoes to for the summer or to just play outside in. I do have to dislikes about the store hense the reason why I only have three stars. Reason number one, you het what you pau for. Dont get me wrong you can purchase beautiful shoes there for lottle girls but the soles of the shoes do not last long. The sole will waste away if you kid is active. My second issue stems from a visit to the store on 5/23/18 after 5:00pm. So previously I mention that the customer service is usually pleasant and very help full. Unfortunately not on this day. I arrived to the store the two associates were sitting down, and never acknowledge myself or my daughters. For most people walking into a store and being greated by representatives is important, especially if you want them to return. Besides the fact that they were rude, the ladies were obnoxiously loud, and dropped the f bomb on several occasions. I never experienced this store like this ever hopefully the manager can step in and educate these young women on how to conduct themselves in front of patrons especially children. Yes work can be tiring but we should rember how to behave when we are in the public eye. Over all this is a nice store but i was very disappointed with the recent customer service and overall behavior of the retail associates."
