"I made a trip from Neptun to Ocean that always charges me 13 dollars or 14 dollars. But now they tell you that they are from Belmar who come from far away, and I charge 18 dollars for the trip, that is no longer fair. better not work, they charge like uber now"

"Was “quoted a round trip price” asked numerous times if the price was for both ways. Told me cash only, confirmed with me the day before, once arrived to my destination told me the price “quoted” was the one way price. 360 dollars to go to jersey city and back. Could have stayed over in a hotel for way less money. Ended up taking an Uber home for half the price!! Very unsatisfied and will continue to use Uber and Lyft."
