I asked and she said it was the polish. Didn’t shape them. Got nail polish in my nail beds and then charged me 35.00 just a hot meaz"
"My pedicure was lovely. But I had LCN nails done. They were flat and my left hand lifted and I lost a nail within 8 days of application. I called them on day 9 to tell them what was happening and kept getting the run around. Also informed them I live locally but work in the city. They gave me the blame game that I didn't make it in in time..let them know I'm a nurse and work long hours. Can't just come in after work.. They should at least last 2 weeks. But they didn't. Bad customer service."
