Shockingly, the staff at the front desk neglected to inform her that her insurance wouldn't cover any expenses. Instead, they proceeded to conduct scans and billed her an exorbitant amount. It's reprehensible to exploit and take advantage of individuals who place trust in their medical institutions."

"A surprisingly hidden gem in Egg Harbor City, and possibly the only dental office I have ever known to offer Saturday hours as well! Doctor Jones and his dental nurse, Colleen, are some of the kindest and friendliest medical/dental professionals I have ever had the pleasure of working with. And while it's strange for me to describe anything dental work-related as a pleasure, that's just how good they are! I had just dealt with a really awful dentist prior to finding this office, so I had pretty severe anxiety I had to struggle with when I first started going to Cape Atlantic Dental. But they worked with me at every step to make me feel comfortable, even allowing my husband to be present while I had dental work done, and responding quickly to any sounds of pain or discomfort I made. As an example, the previous awful dentist had wanted to pull one of my teeth that had started to crack simply because they didn't feel working on it was worth the effort. I went to see Dr. Jones, and after examining me the first thing he said to me and my husband was "We are going to save that tooth." And he did! Similarly, they answer any concerns and questions you may have completely, and never make you feel like an idiot for having asked. I am very happy to have finally found a great primary care dentist."
