"The worst dental office around my parents didn’t like it when I was younger I was about 14 now I’m 24 nd it’s the same, the front girls don’t know how to schedule appointments correctly wasted my time they r rude been rude don’t know how this place even standing always have to schedule an appointment after an appointment went today was suppose to get my tooth fixed been waiting for this appointment Forever already on top of this, nd still didn’t get it fixed have to make another appointment for them to fix it after I specifically said I don’t want to have to make another appointment, please don’t waist my time, nd my time was wasted doctor came in talking bout how can I help u, looks at it doesn’t do Anything just looks with her eyes nd said I don’t know if I can do it I said I got it done at egg harbor family dental when I was younger they did it then she’s like okay yeah I can do it then leaves, the nurse comes in talking bout yeah so when would u like to come in I’m like u telling me I gotta reschedule after I been waiting for an hour In this office and nothing was done, and wondering why would u go to the same dentist that wasn’t good when u where younger, I wanted to give them another change see maybe they improved maybe the front changed, nope all the Same this office is unprofessional, def doesn’t take there Job serious, the doctor with the accent is rude as well. Idek how this place is even running the girl with the red hair wide face doesn’t know how to schedule appointments correctly. I would give it 0 star but I can’t if u need an office go to egg harbor family dentist instead doctors r nice the front girls r nice and the office actually wants to see u happy walking out the door or somers point office as well but absecon is trash"

"I didn’t even get seen by the oral surgeon for them to even send an invite for a review. But since you asked I will say that I’m not satisfied at all. I was there for a consultation for my wisdom teeth. I was already nerves about that. I’ve been having pain that is why I was there, not by choice. My first appointment was rescheduled because the oral surgeon wasn’t going to be in. Granted things happen, understandable. They rescheduled and I made it to my appointment which he is only available on Fridays. I was very patient until the 12 & 12:30 appointments went before me when my appointment was at 11am. To top off the X-ray machine being down they tell me two days prior that I needed a X-ray before I see the Dr. Granted things happen again. I was grateful your other location could do it for me to be seen. I was understanding. The assistant didn’t receive my X-rays apparently and wanted me to call their other location to obtain them when I got called back. The time I spent waiting in the waiting room I could’ve did that. I left after the girl told me this. My experience wasn’t great, enough for me to know I wasn’t meant to receive your services there. I understand your machines are down but if your office and another location share the same system why wouldn’t you be able to view the X-rays? I called them and they were able to view it. It was very unprofessional for the girl who brought me back to ask me to verify my date of birth walking to the room like she could hear me. Please educate your staff on HIPAA!! Especially in the waiting area full of people if they are unaware because another girl did that to another patient. I was very patient through the process and very understanding. But how is that helpful to me when I’m experiencing pain. It was best that I left, nothing was right with my experience. I’m not one for reviews but definitely feel like none of this was okay. Hopefully you can change something’s because it was a mess. I’m not the only patient who was experiencing issues. If your over booking or understaffed make you lives easier and don’t over book less headache for the workers and the patients. If there is only one surgeon seeing so many patients maybe having a better system could help so nobody feels overwhelmed and you have a better flow and less work load."

"After reading some of the reviews I was hesitate to go but they're in my dental plan. I'm glad I did! Elyse the hygienist is thorough and excellent. I had a deep cleaning done and didn't feel anything. I highly recommend her. Evelyn, the xray tech, explains everything she's going to do and is so nice. Don't be turned off by some of the reviews. I'm very picky when it comes to going to the dentist and I recommend this practice."
