"Called in for a wash &blowout at 2:30pm. Michele took me right away. She had asked me how i wanted it style. I said just the way it is. I told her one good shampoo and light conditioner. When I sat in her chair she had put in way too much products (2) and the blow dryer was too close and too hot. I shrugged abit . I did tell her very little product and i like it very smooth after she washed my hair. When she turned the chair around so i can see the style i was horrified due to my hair looking greasy and very heavy . I told her that i did not like it and it was very heavy and greasy. and to rewash it and use very little mouse and thats it.!! Not only did she not listen again she added 2 more shine products as she was drying my hair and I said no more please. She never apoligized for the inconveience of my time and stress I didnt leave there until 4:15pm. She lacks managerial skills and common courtsey . FYI: She used cold water to wash my hair the first time around. I should have known that is a red flag. I honestly can say this was one of the most horrible experiences i had ever had at this salon. She has some gall to give me a card with her name on it. Future customers beware of this Michele."
