"I’m not someone to normally leave a review, but I had an absolutely horrible experience here. This was my second time coming here and I booked for a classic fill. After arriving the lash artist put some substance on my lashes to remove the old ones, constantly either poking my eye or pulling out one of my real lashes, and then told me I needed to get a full set, when I had just gotten a full set at the previous appointment! She then charged 160 when the first time I paid 120. Will NEVER come back"

"Edit: My first review raved about the location, the friendliness and the quality of lashes. That is still true but I have to drop this to one start after my experience for a fill. Please note there's two techs and the owner. If any of them need to reschedule, as my story will explain, you will be left high and dry with falling out lashes, no one to do them and a fully booked schedule, with NO price guarantee since THEY'RE the ones canceling! I was to have my lash fill this past Saturday. I had my HS reunion Saturday night so the timing was perfect at the two week mark. At 7:30am I get a text from Annette that she isn't feeling well and needs to reschedule. I asked if someone else can see me since I had my reunion and I was at the two week mark. After an hour I get a reply no one else is there that day, was just her. I asked when she could see me then, because I work 8-5 Monday through Friday. She said she had a 7am and a 5pm later in the week - neither of which work because, as I indicated, I work 8-5. So I asked about the following Saturday and I would just use magnetic lashes to hide the fact I had missing spots at this point. She said she had no availability the following Saturday which is THREE weeks. When I asked if she would charge me for the 2 week fill since it's her canceling with me, she stopped responding. You will love the lashes, but when they cancel on you, you're left with no fill, and having to pay full price again. To me that's a Ponzi scheme to get your money. How can you ask to reschedule with no way to fit you in, no coverage and think that's acceptable practice. Stay away."
