"When I called to make an appointment I specifically told the person that I wear my hair short, and that I have fine, thin hair so I need someone that knows how to cut that type of hair and won't cut it, like it looks like it's been chopped. I could tell right away that this girl did not have any experience with my type of hair. She cut the sides of my hair too short, I had to tell her how to cut my bangs. I even said to her, "I guess you're used to doing people with thicker hair and not thin and fine like mine, and she said, "no, I'm not". When it came to styling it, it was a disaster. The stylist was very nice and I could see she was just as frustrated as I was. I finally told her to stop, tried to fix the front of my hair with my fingers and walked over to the reception desk. The woman at the desk said, "you don't like your hair?". I told her, "NO, I don't", she handed me my credit card and said, "Have a nice day!" Didn't even say, I'm sorry or what can we do to make it better - nothing! I don't blame the stylist, I blame the person who took my call and knew this was my first time at the salon, with a certain type of hair problem, and then gives me someone that has no experience or is either new or training. That's not how to keep someone as a customer! I certainly won't be coming back or giving them a recommendation."
