"I was intending to go to another barber shop today but that other place was closed. Luckily I found Nueva Imagen. I needed a barber. Fortunately they have barbers on staff, and they were able to take me as a last-minute walk-in without an appointment. The barber was extremely friendly, courteous, professional, and did an excellent job. Spanish is the primary language spoken here. Fortunately I was able to use some broken Spanish and English to communicate with the staff and with the barber as to my styling preferences. They take Google Pay, which is a plus. It was an excellent experience and I would definitely recommend Nueva Imagen."

"I almost never leave a review but I think this deserves one. I’ve been going to this barbershop for four months now and have used almost every barber they have been there. Seems like they will hire just about anyone, every haircut got worse. There are one or two guys that are not bad. I guess I can only blame myself for going back every time. But today was the worst haircut I think I’ve ever gotten in my life. The kid that must’ve been barely 18 clearly has no experience cutting hair and definitely not shaving (pretty painful and not a straight line at all). Took 90 minutes for a simple fade and trim (I kid you not, the trim was two cuts on one side of my head). I’m all for giving people a chance to learn which is why I keep coming back but you have to have some experience before working at a barbershop. Also a handful of them don’t speak any English and have to ask a co worker to translate. Definitely never going back."
