"Worst place for kids , my son is 19 months old , I don’t know her name but she is elderly with short hair , before she even started she says oh can he sit ? If he can not sit , I am not going to do it because I am not going to cut my fingers ,I said that’s okay whatever you can we are okay with that , then she started giving him a hair cut , normally who handles haircuts for kids they are very gentle and smiles and try to make them comfortable but this lady she doesn’t even have simple manner , she is so rude to us and at the end the haircut was the worst , we understand it’s not easy for kids specially my sons age ,but she is not professional , if they do not know how to handle a kids haircut why do they even take an appointment for them , I strongly do not recommend this place for kids ."

"I walked in, asked for a trim and told the lady i ld like to keep the same style and just trim it down. I emphasised that id rather have it too long than too short. She immidietly went at it with a buzzer. I stopped her and asked her why she was doing that. She told me that it was what it said to do on the card. She said she had to make it symmetrical and procedded to shave my head. Technically she was right, the card said number 2 sides 3 on top buzzer. But I HADNT USED THAT CARD IN OVER A YEAR AND ALSO EXPLICITLEY STATED I WANTED A TRIM. WHAT PART OF TRIM INVOLVES BUZZER. It took me 6 months to grow my hair out. It was the first time in my life id ever tried to grow it out and I loved it. I came here and paid 25 dollars to undo it. Will be wearing a beanie for next 4-6 weeks. Never returning here."

"Title: Dominiq, thank you. Exceptional Haircutting Experience for an Introvert I can't get my haircut too often. I have 3 young kids and a wealth of responsibilities. I don't know how to navigate explaining what I want. "Just make it this, but like 6 months ago," I try to say. And it's always the same response. "I have no idea what your hair looked like 6 months ago." But Dominiq simply said, "sure." She asked 1 or 2 other questions, then gave me a quiet and calming haircut that perfectly suited my style. She read my body language perfectly and didn't engage in obligatory chitchat. She simply hummed along with the Sugar Ray song on the radio and let me close my eyes and relax for the first time in a long time. This was the best haircutting experience I have ever had in about 40 years. Thank you Dominiq. And for anyone with social anxiety or are just an introvert that doesn't know how or wish to small talk everywhere, this place just might be the place for you. Plus the cost is so reasonable, that you should probably leave a really good tip :)"

"Went to get a haircut last Monday, my barber was a black male. I wear a mask to protect myself due to how close we are to sitting, and all the other Great Clip barbers I’ve had never had an issue wearing a mask, except him, he told me to take off my mask, and I told him I’m keeping it on (if I didn’t want to wear a mask, I would’ve never wore one in the first place, not rocket science), and he was arguing with me that I don’t want the front of my hair cut and he insists on trimming it, if it was a big deal, I would’ve told him to just not cut it at all. And when I went to pay and I gave the guy a tip, I said thank you and he just stared at me like I didn’t tip him and all and didn’t say thank you or have a nice day, overall he didn’t deserve a tip after that, never coming back to this location ever again…"
