"My dentist was away and Dr. Dooley was covering for him. I had a dental EMERGENCY requiring immediate attention and extraction. I contacted numerous oral surgeons who rudely stated they had no openings for the next month and the offices that I left a voicemail could not grasp the concept of the courtesy of a reply. Dr. Dooley promptly returned my call and immediately prescribed an antibiotic to tamp down my discomfort until I could secure an appointment with an oral surgeon. I had no success attempting to schedule with unsympathetic surgeons. To my great surprise, Janine from Dr. Dooley's office called me the following morning and said she would intervene directly to help secure me an appointment. In the span of 20 minutes Janine successfully got me an appointment for the following morning. I can't say enough about their professionalism, empathy and going the extra mile to help someone who wasn't even their patient."

"I just switched from my pediatric dentist to here and I am beyond happy with how EVERYTHING has gone here. I keep mentioning to them how even small things I notice are better. They pay more attention to detail, taking more pictures than my previous dentist but analyzing them better and putting in more effort with that. They also make CERTAIN I am comfortable. For example, I got two root canals that I badly needed (even I could tell as one of the teeth were hurting before my visit) and I was worried about it but I legitimately felt NOTHING. I hated even getting cavities worked on at my last dentist but two root canals was completely fine. Sat in the chair while they worked and was out quickly after. They've been very accommodating working around my college schedule and even rushing in three appointments for me in the same week due to winter break ending. Dr Dooley was very nice, gentle, and explained any questions I asked even though knew he had a couple patients to get to. One of the assistants Kathleen helped me on two out of three of my visits so far and has also been EXTREMELY kind to me. She has helped explain things like using my electric toothbrush on teeth where I had just had sensitivity and how to be careful as my teeth, for a short period, only had a temporary solution until they could complete the job, which was not a long time to wait. I would absolutely recommend coming here. It is so much better than my previous dentist."

"I’m very fortunate to have Dr. Dooley as my family’s dentist. My visit started with intensive dental work including implants. The technology he has in place and the gentile care in all his procedures are calming and you always feel reassured that he has the ability to resolve any dental problems. The dental assistants Monika, and Kathleen, are very knowledgeable and know exactly how to support Dr. Dooley, and make me feel at home.
