"Came to get a root canal, they only do Thursdays. Waited a month to get done. New appointment: 1pm for the Endodontist. Waited 3 hours, finally brought me in, waited another 90 minutes, they close in 30 minutes. Highly do not recommend for Endo work"

"I had an infection under my bridge, I got an estimate for my copay of $510, I accepted, the dentist Dr. Maria Jimenez-Duru DDS, kept working on my tooth for two hours, just trying to remove the bridge, then she told me that she broke something and that she might need to extract the tooth because (after 2 hours) it is no good anymore. She took an x-ray and said that the tooth is still intact. On my way out I was told that I will have to pay another $350 because something broke during the process. I told them it was Dr. Jimenez who broke it, not I have to pay for her mistakes. And they made me pay it."
"Debbie the Office manager is Awesome. Very thorough and well organized. The entire staff here are also awesome. And Dr. Jimenez is wonderful and they take our UFOA insurance."
"Try and avoid this place at all means. The only nice people are the front desk lady and the dentist, their staff are absolutely nude and never learned anything about customer service. Each appointment I ever had the young Asian girl that helps the dentist has been absolutely rude so rude in fact that you would wish that you weren't there in the middle of these procedures."
