"Terrible experience !!!! I would never recommend this place. They put me through hell. !!! They held my car for almost a month to rank up the bill. They charged $137 a day for storage. They stopped picking up their phone on me. I had to make my male friend call them and threaten them to release my car. They are scam artists. Don’t do it !!!"

"crooks and scammers. please avoid this place by all means. after holding my vehicle for almost 2 months they begged Me to remove my original review if they fixed car properly so I did . guess what? $5,800 later the car has problems it didn’t have going into them. on top of that they refuse to provide any documentation on repairs and parts . I’m 100% this was deliberately done and this is scary. my driver side window does not work now and neither dos my left turning signal Which is dangerous on so many levels . I have an entire text thread of unprofessionalism with them and I and am pursuing legal action against them as we speak. Once again stay away from them If u value your time money and safety."

"First of all the tow truck took 2 hours to come instead of 1. Then the driver (or maybe the other guy, I’m not sure) was high on weed when he finally arrived, and now the inside of the car smells like pot. After the car got towed off, it was 3 hours later when the tow truck showed up to drop it off, when the drive takes at most an hour. I have no idea what happened, but the service was anything but professional."

"I would never deal with Tony again. He is clearly someone who has no education on how to keep his word nor what even a bank check or money order made out to the name he specifically told the bank to make it out to. When I came to pick up the car( which wasn’t even ready and was promised to me 3 weeks prior, he held it hostage and wouldn’t give it to me because he said the bank check was no good as it was made out to the wrong person /Company! It was made out EXACTLY as he specified ( with 2 bank teller witnesses overseeing it) and made me, a physically disabled person, very sick emotionally as well as mentally which caused me a good deal of physical pain. He lied from the beginning and throughout the whole process. My car was picked up from him on my 65 th birthday in the first week of December, 2022 and today, February 2nd. 2023, as I edit my review I still do not have my car. His dishonesty has cost me quite a bit of money as my insurance contract with Progressive, only allows them to afford me a car rental for 30 days. Any days after the 30 day period , I am responsible for paying to Hertz. I would never trust this person again. You can’t trust Tony. I only used him because he had a 5 star listing but I can’t imagine hid clients having such a wonderful experience. I even had to call the police several times to try and intervene. As of a day ago, he insisted that that I pay with “normal green cash” or I won’t get my car. GEE, I WONDER WHY SOMEONE ( WHO IS ONLY A WORKER NOT THE OWNER AS HE CLAIMED HE WAS- and I now know this as my lawyer had to get involved. WOULD DEMAND COLD, HARD CASH ONLY and fabricate such stories upon getting a CERTIFIED BANK CHECK from WEBSTER BANK, a bank that is 100% totally legitimate and has many branches throughout this country. Obviously the man is extremely ignorant about basic business practices and should have only a position as worker and not manager since he is clueless about what is the equivalent of the US dollar."

"Terrible service! waiting for a tow truck was more than three hours!! then my car was supposed to be driven for a maximum of three hours, but they drove for eight hours!!! They brought it to the wrong address!!! then they started demanding an amount greater than they had declared in advance!!! they are thieves!!! they don’t know how to work, they extort money! I’ll take them to court!!!"
