"I went to Jeff the owner for the first time for a Magic Sleek treatment on August 7th. Not only did he make a 4:30 appt. for me (it's a long process), he was so attentive to my hair concerns. He was very reassuring and did not forget one thing to tell me about the process, after care and the benefits. He answered all of my questions and turns out, so far so good. Today, 2 days before I’m scheduled for vacation, the owner decides to raise his intial promised price $100 more than originally agreed. Unprofessional and absolutely not okay. Learn a thing or two about customer service and maybe your business will flourish."
