NEW L & M Auto Service Inc is reliable, honest, and inexpensive. They earned my 5 stars! As a 13+ years car owner, I've been to a few auto shops and this one is definitely my GO TO shop. The staff won't try to upsell you or suggest work that is not needed. I've been here a few times for oil change, inspection, battery, transmission flush, change water pump, general maintenance and every time it is done efficiently and cheap. More than twice I came to ask the owner if so and so is needed since I have over 100k miles and he honestly said it's okay and you don't need to change it now. Believe me! Most auto shops will say on the spot that you need this and that - so they can get paid! If you feel your vehicle is due for some maintenance, come here and they will inspect it for you for free!"

"I went into have him look at my Lexus the owner & mechanics went back & forth for 1 hour he trying to figure out the problem. I was so impressed that these guys tried all they could & it was a simple fix. He didn’t even charge me. Never in all my yrs have I went to a shop where someone didn’t try to scam me. Very honest & respectful people the patience I witnessed & determination to figure out the issue. Even though he was busy they didn’t even try to push me out of there. Whatever they did fixed the noise coming from the truck"

"I advise customers to stay away from these scammers. First, he will be careful not to stand during the repair. Secondly, if you move away, he will tell you that you have installed things that you do not know about so that you can pay. Third, if you ask him to check the oils, then he told you to sit down until I finish, he will come to you after that and say I changed the gearbox oil and oil. The car may not change anything for you. And if he fixes something and then you go and feel that the problem still exists, you will pay again.. "They are definitely a scammers I went there to get my car fixed and even before he check it , he insisted that it is the starter . He charged me for a used starter more than a new one price . Kept the car for almost 6 hours . Then when it came the time to pay he refused to give me my old starter and demanded additional 63 $ to give me my starter. Stay away from this place if you want your car getting fixed ."
