"Highly recommend, Bill is the best of the best! Very knowledgable, kind and honest - something that you don't see often when it comes to auto shops. My car wasn't in drivable condition and I needed assistance asap. Bill found time in his busy schedule to look at it that same day (I believe it was during his lunch break!), called me and thoroughly explained what the main issue was and fixed it the next day. My car needed a couple of other not so urgent things done, which again was explained to me in details so that I could make an informed decision without feeling pushed or overwhelmed.
