"I have never been to this location and was looking for local availability online. I called with some basic questions specifically to see what was available on my account and if it was pertinent to select the right facial option vs. what was recommended when I arrived for appointment. The person I spoke with was irritated and rude with responses. Despite the fact this location has availability vs other local affiliated spas the initial phone call was just unacceptable... Perhaps says something to why this spa has availability more than other local affiliated locations."

"Paid $170 for a 60 min prenatal massage which consisted of laying on my side with two flat bed pillows and a bed that felt like I was going to fall through it. I’m 37 weeks pregnant and was asked multiple times at the end of my massage to save $60 by joining their monthly subscription service which they knew I had and cancelled before like when am I making time to come monthly with a baby about to fall out? They charge an extra $20 for a prenatal massage when it’s literally a step below a Swedish massage . You can’t even get lavender oil with the $20 upcharge they want you to pay $15 more for that. Left with the same aches and pains I walked in with was literally a waste of money."
