"I have been getting my hair done at Kiki's for about a year now and every appointment has been a very pleasant experience. Scheduling is easy and she keeps you updated if anything changes. Her place is also very quiet, clean and conducive. As I work on the go, I am never worried about not being able to get my work done while I am there. Her prices are fair compared to any others in the area and she is very consistent in her pricing. Finally my hair is always beautiful and I get countless compliments from my family and friends. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to braid their hair and be beautiful while at it. Well done Kiki."

"Got my daughter's hair done today and I love it and so does my daughter but I have to say I'm very disappointing in how Kiki tried to change up the pricing on me. When I made the appt I asked her how much if I bring my own hair and how much if I don't. She told me $160 if I bring my own hair and $180 if I don't. Today for the appt I bought my own hair and jam and I also helped her separate the hair cause she asked me to and said if she do it we'll be here all night. Once she finished my daughter's hair I said to her "I owe you $160 right?" She straight up looked at me and said "160, I told you that? And I said yes and she just "hmmm" me sarcastically like she didn't tell me that. The entire atmosphere in the room changed because she tried to switch up on me with her pricing. Being that she told me this over the phone I couldn't tell her to check her texts for reference. $160 or $180 is alot for a kid but I paid it because she needed her hair done. But that switch up was too real for me and I don't like things like that, it showed me you have to get things in writing via text cause ppl say one thing over the phone and another in person. It made me feel like she was trying to get over on me. I was going to refer my sisters to her but after tonight, I won't be going back or referring anyone. If you make appt with her make sure you get pricing via texts so this doesn't happen to you."

"How do I make an appointment?? Update (08/29/23): So I made the appointment haha. Got my hair done yesterday and I love it. Scheduling was easy and I actually got in earlier than we had originally because she had finished the client before me's hair earlier than expected. I love my hair, she did exactly as I wanted, asked clarifying questions to make sure I got what I asked for. My hair is beautiful and I can't wait for my next appointment, see you soon! I'll add pictures to this review later if I remember lol."

"I found this braiding place on google. All the goods reviews motivated me to try this place and I can said they are all true. The owner is very nice and does a great job. Very affordable pricing and great quality braids. My braids took 3 hour to do and I consider that a good amount of time. Clean and pleasant home. I love the way my braids came out. Will be back for other braiding styles."
