"Terrible experience. I wanted a trim she chopped off all my hair taking a good 6-7 inches! My hair was to my low back it is now barely past my shoulders! Shampoo lady tries to get you to do oil treatment and demands a tip. Brushes have other people’s hair in them! Just awful!!"

"I would never go there again. 1st time I tipped the washer when she was done. After my blowout she came out and said I didn’t tip her. 2nd and last time, the ticket said $35. They charged my debit card $50. When I went back I told them to look on the camera. They were accusing me of lying, saying I might have used a treatment and forgot. SERIOUSLY! Plus they charged me 7% for using my debit card. BE AWARE OF HOW MUCH YOUR CHARGED AND CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS !"
