"Tried to schedule an emergency appointment because of the severe tooth ache and fever as a result of it. Was told by the receptionist that fever can’t be because of a tooth ache (even though it’s clearly from the infection in the tooth) and she refused to assist in any way even though it’s Friday and weekend is coming. Suggest to go to the doctor or emergency instead. Very rude, very unprofessional, had to cancel upcoming appointment with them, found more professional and helpful office."

"Ive been going to doctor shah for about 2 years now, ive had cavities filled, teeth cleaned, and shes given me a recommendation on a root canal at a dentist she trust that takes my insurance. She goes above and beyond every-time im in there, and she always lets me know what needs to be done with my teeth and what i need to focus more on. She always made sure my teeth were better after each appointment and made sure any questions i had were answered. Her staff is also always friendly whether in person or over the phone. She’s definitely a dentist id recommend to friends and family, if she takes your insurance id say it’s definitely worth going to her."
