"I brought my 2022 Tesla Y to the shop to repair my bumper which was brushed up against a brick wall. Not really as bad as it sounds, but nonetheless, it had to be repaired. Someone could have lived with it, but I’m more of a perfectionist, not trying to toot my own horn. At at rate, Alexandra was awesome. She explained the process and put me at ease. Joe looked at my car and gave me a day turnaround to pull the frame so I was skeptical at first but crossed my fingers and went with it.
