Did not cut corners as well as was on time on location and as well updated me throughout the whole process took the extra time needed to secure the vehicle, there was no bouncing around the tow trucks were actually clean and fully functional as well as the follow up call was very courteous and respectful. One other thing that I would like to add, would be the fact that the drivers do not complain when they are asked to go longer than around the corner Whether it’s a five minute ride or an hour ride the drivers three each and every tow job as if it’s their only one. And for us, that has larger toys, a.k.a. the Dooleys or extended cabs or longer wheel base. Ortiz is the one for the job, hands-down bar, none if it is a vehicle, Ortiz will get it, picked up and towed with professional professionalism."
