Supercuts

"I’ve had no complaints about this place. Had about 3 cuts there so far. I’ve always made appointments for each visit beforehand on their website. Quick in and out fade style cuts. Each time I’ve had the same hairstylist by chance but I never got her name. I hope she’s there next Tuesday when I go again. But I would trust the quality of my cut would be to my liking, no matter who cuts it there."

"This place is really awful! I never write negative reviews for anyone it’s so against my values. This is the first time ever I’m writing something like this.The girl at the front desk is so rude and doesn’t even have patience or empathy to talk to a customer properly. I would rather not get my haircut done for an year vs getting a service here. Very very rude and very unethical. I wish I could give 0 starts!"

"I tried to bring my two year old daughter for a trim tonight and was denied. It was super last minute I admit, but I noticed the two girls working were just chatting and playing on their phones so I decided to go inside and ask. There wasn’t a customer in sight and they told me if I didn’t have an appointment that they couldn’t help me because they were waiting on appointments to arrive. I asked them if they could just do me a favor, her hair is so thin and short it takes two minutes and this week is her birthday. The girl rudely replied again that if I didn’t have an appointment she couldn’t help me. I sat outside for about five minutes calling other salons. No other customers showed up and the girls just sat there continuing to chat and play on their phones. In that five minutes they could of easily just given her a trim."
