"If I could give this place negative stars, I would. An absolute nightmare. I visited this location in August - I went to get waxed right before my wedding and did not have the opportunity to post a review. This was one of the most traumatic and worst experience of my life. I booked sugar full body wax, I'm allergic to soft/hard wax. When I got there, no introduction/discussion, a lady just started doing soft wax on me. I told her I'm allergic, and she then switched to sugar wax THEN switched to hard wax. I was in hives for my wedding day. The process took four hours. The main waxer brought in another girl to help her. They were making comments about how I had a lot of hair. THEY DROPPED WAX IN MY HAIR AND ON MY FACE. Four hours and two waxers later they missed several large hair spots on my body. This experience was a nightmare and the cherry on top, they don't take credit/debit. When I booked online, the total was $250, however, they inflated the price to $400 cash in person. This place is an absolute scam and nightmare. Do not recommend."

"I have been visiting Tatiana for a Brazilian Keratin treatment for almost two years now, and I could not be more grateful for finally finding a stylist (after years of searching) that does a consistent, beautiful job with my hair each and every time. Just to give you all some background, I am Puerto Rican, so my hair is very curly. My curl type falls between a 3A and 3B. I like straightening my hair during the fall/winter months so between September-April I go once every 3.5 months to have a Brazilian Keratin treatment. Before keratin, my hair was dry, damaged, and frizzy from all the heat I would have to put on it to get it straight. It would also take me about 2.5 hours from start to finish to do my hair, which would drive me crazy. Since having this treatment done, my hair has completely transformed for the better. My hair is healthiest it’s ever been. It is silky smooth after blow drying/straightening, and is no longer frizzy or damaged. It was extremely important for me to find a treatment that is gentle and that doesn’t completely take my curl out of my hair as I do like to wear it natural during the summer months. I have found the Brazilian Keratin to be very gentle on my hair. I have not noticed any damage or breakage to my hair in the two years I have had it done, and even in the summer when the treatment had worn off, my hair is left with beautiful, more manageable curls. The only thing I would suggest to to have your ends trimmed each time you go. In September when so went, I showed Tatiana a picture of how I wanted my hair styled into layers and she replicated it beautifully. Finding a stylist who can confidently and consistently blow out my hair type each and every time has been a long journey for me. I am so happy to have finally met Tatiana who continues to do a beautiful job with my hair. If you have been considering having this treatment done, you can 110% trust Tatiana. She is excellent and well experienced. *Update 09/29/2020* I still love this salon. I just came for my annual Keratin after taking a break from blowing out my hair for five months. Tatiana is the best, and I trust her 110% with my hair!"

"Long wait for booty service. Online said $55 when you pay cash, but when it was time to pay for mine and a friends, i was told the new price is 65 and my friends 75. I asked why that is and she said she used “softer wax” midway and sugar wax on my friend. She never told me not my friend or asked if it was okay to switch, mind you i dont believe she switched waxes ‘cause there was only 1 wax pot and honey wax takes long to melt…. Anyways, I let the lady know at the start if my friends hairs are too short, to not go through with the wax but instead she sat their and plucked but still at the end, majority of my friends hair was still left on. Came in with a bush, LEFT with a bush. Very little effort and i wish all the Karma to come crashing down on her."
