"Worst dentist. 0 customer service, doctor acknowledged ,she didn't answer to any patient questions, rude soviet women . They just need to use your insurance!!! Stay away!!!"
"Disgusting place! The staff is rude, the dentist is unprofessional. I treated my tooth, the dentist said that I should not move, otherwise I would have not one scar on my face, but two! After the treatment of the tooth, it began to hurt and rot! After I went to the office with pain after the treatment, they began to threaten me. I don’t recommend this place!"
"Terrible office, the doctor is a rude, unbalanced woman. She absolutely does not care how many patients are waiting for her and how she behaves. I removed my wisdom teeth here at the last appointment, the doctor gave me an injection, but it didn’t work, then she gave me two more injections on my entire jaw, saying that the supplier just keeps the medicines in the sun, so they don’t work right away, good doctors carefully monitor which medicines they use and where they are purchased. After this, I had numbness of the entire jaw and half of my face until the next day. At one of the appointments, the doctor did not come. I had an appointment for the early morning, I waited for her for more than 3 hours, I asked the front desk to find out from the doctor if she would come, front desk answered boorishly that it was not customary in their office to find out whether the doctor would come or not, and in general the doctor was coming from Manhattan. Instead of politely canceling and rescheduling all appointments due to the absence of a doctor, all patients should spend their day waiting for luck to suddenly maybe doctor will come. It's just a disrespectful attitude towards people. The last time I was here, I called and asked for an appointment, but the front desk assured me that there was no queue and I should arrive right now, I dropped all my business and arrived at them in 20 minutes. There was no queue, but the doctor could not take me right away, she went with a mug of coffee and talked on the phone. After 40 minutes, I clarified how long I still have to wait, to which I was told the doctor is busy. I left their office after 1.5 hours of waiting. After 3 hours, they called me with a question where I? The doctor, was free. Don't go here if you want to save your time and nerves."
