"I had and appt, this morning I was told to be at 9:30 am and I show up at that time. The Russian front desk employee ignore me completely, never said a word to me, I waited for about 10 minutes, while she was inside her office, again never said a word to me for example she could have said give a few minutes I'll be with you soon, that would be good with me, cause I have plenty of time to wait. But no she choose to ignore me. I will never go back there."
