"Edit: I really really loved this office in the beginning, however one even that traumatized me there caused me to want to switch dentists. The doctor found two teeth that we're too close together and he couldn't get floss in between so he said he's gonna shave the tooth down so I may floss. I have never had this done before and had no reason to feel concerned. I never got any warning at all how it would be. He started doing it and it was horrendously painful. I had tears in my eyes. After he was done I realized I bled so much. It hurt very badly for like five days after. After he was done I told him it hurt very much and he was just like "yeah....". I felt very violated. For something that will hurt this much and bleed so much, I should be made aware of what happens and be prepared. It truly traumatized me and I won't be going back. Best doctor and staff ever. I am a freak and truly fear dentists and dental offices. The front desk staff, hygienist, and dentist are all fantastic, kind, gentle, and great at their jobs. Make you feel like you're part of the office family. Only dentist I plan to go to from now on!"
