"The reception is terrible. They pick up and just put you on hold. I had to find another dentist because every time I tried to get through I couldn’t. I had to physically go into the office myself to try and make an appointment. Not professional at all, there is no way a line can be busy for 6 hours that you cannot get through without being put on hold and then hung up on."

"My family and I really love this practice but I felt that this was something that was necessary to mention. This is not a negative towards the workers in the practice as they are all extremely friendly and helpful, I just wanted to make that clear. A year ago I was having wisdom tooth pain. My bottom right wisdom tooth had been moving and breaking through my gums and had been infected. I ended up getting antibiotics and was all good. While I was there Dr Kaye performed a X ray and said I had plenty of space for my teeth to come through and shouldn't need a removal, pain is normal when they move around and come up. A year later, aka about two weeks ago, I have the same pain. I go into the office to hopefully get antibiotics and didn’t meet Dr Kaye but his son. I didn’t mind as I just wanted to be seen and while I’m there WITHOUT AN X-RAY OR ANYTHING I get told I need to get my bottom two wisdom teeth out. I mention that I’m going overseas due to family matters and was told that I can do it in September when I’m back and got a referral. At the time I didn’t think much but as I sat on it I thought it was weird how I was now being told to pull two teeth. All this done by just a glance? Anyways I come overseas and I have a family dentist here as well and decided to just go for a second opinion. They took and X-ray and my X ray was perfectly fine. I was told that nothing need to be pulled. I will probably still go to Dr Kaye for cleaning and the occasional look up but I would’ve been extremely upset had I spent close to a thousand dollars maybe more and had two teeth pulled for no reason. How can you just look at someone’s mouth and decide that they need to be pulled out and refer me and send me on my way. Literally all in less then five minutes. The x ray is attached here and you can tell me is there any teeth that actually need to be pulled? I think not."

"I normally hate going to the dentist, but this time was completely different...I made the dentist appointment because I was experiencing severe pain in one of my back molars. I was not having great experiences with my previous dentist (who will remain nameless) and heard about Kaye Dental from a close friend. I decided to give them a chance...I arrived at Kaye Dental and waited less than 5 minutes before getting called in (that’s a personal record for me)! The dental hygienist that led me to the room was super friendly, comforting and took my X-rays. Then, Dr. Kaye arrived shortly thereafter and took the time to explain the X-ray results. It was simply a cavity that went undetected for about 6 months (see why I changed dentists). Dr. Kaye’s dental work was fast, efficient and painless and I am happy to report that I am now cavity-free! Before leaving the office, I made an appointment for my annual cleaning and have to admit, I’m actually looking forward to going to the dentist now! Easily the best dental experience of my life! If you aren’t satisfied with your current dental practitioner, I certainly recommend giving Kaye Dental the opportunity to change your impression of the dentist-office experience. You WILL NOT be disappointed!! Recommend 10/10!"
