"I got braces from this location a few days ago. I am constantly bleeding since then and i am in so much pain. I tried calling the office and explain to them my situation but they refused to help and said i can't come to office until my next appointment. I tried calling again and again telling them it's an emergency and i don't know what to do but were extremely mean, rude and were getting personal with me and hung up my call then i asked if i can talk with manager or can get corporate office and they said they don't have phone number for corporate or any manager. They ladies in the front and they technician who did my braces are trying to save each other and are not helping and not letting me reach any doctor or management. Never had this kind of experience before with a medical office. When i ask them who am i speaking with they even refuse to tell their names"

"If I could leave 0 stars, I would! I have had nothing but problems with the office staff at this office I. The last year - not sure what happened, but it went from my favorite office to a dreaded experience. The last straw is an appointment that I made 6 months ago needs to be rescheduled and they are completely into accommodate me when I am available- guess I’ll be looking for a new dental office which is a shame since I truly do like Dr Jacob and the hygeniests"

The assistant Cara always goes above and beyond to explain my treatment to me and answer my questions! The front desk is wonderful. Gabby, Danielle, Marissa, and Suzanne are always a pleasure! Very welcoming staff!!"
