"Great place with professional friendly service. After many years I've found the place where I feel comfortable and confident that I will love my hair when I walk out."
"First time client and did not disappoint !!!! Samantha and her daughter are such a nice pair. Samantha talked me through the whole process and was very detailed when it comes too her work. Her work did not disappoint, I loved the color correction Samantha did. I went to a place before hand who messed up my hair. So I was very nervous at first but Samanthas work speaks for itself. My family and husband loved my hair, the color was phenomenal and everything I asked for. Hate to forget the energy in the salon too was so pleasant and nice, made me feel very comfortable being new. Loved the chats we shared too with the mother and daughter !!!!!"
"I came in with an appointment and a promotion I prepaid for through Groupon. They said it would be an additional $20 as I was responsible to pay for the difference between Groupons pricing and theirs. I asked why and they said my hair was too long, meanwhile it’s just passed by shoulders and I’ve never been charged extra for long hair in my life. She tried to gaslight me and tell me she told me over the phone (which took me calling 4 times, with the owner taking my number each time and not getting calls back in order to finally get in touch with someone to make the appointment in the first place). While I was there waiting she called 3 other people to cancel their appointments and you could tell the person on the phone was inconvenienced. There was one person there with 2 clients who had dye on their heads while she made phone calls and dealt with me, concerning me that there wasn’t really enough staff to take care of the customers. Sad because they put out these promos to get business but then they’re really just tricking you into coming in and paying full price. Do they think everybody that gets a blowout has 2 inches of hair? I returned the Groupon as soon as I left and got a proper blowout at another business that doesn’t surprise or trick their customers"
"I purchased the groupon for the balyage and haircut and also brought my daughter along for a haircut. We were both very happy with our results. Samantha takes a lot of time discussing what you want to make sure that everyone is on the same page. I was upcharged from my groupon but I expected that because I have a lot of hair. I have literally been stopped by strangers asking who did my color, and I am glad to spread the word."
