I have mild anxiety at the dentist and she is able to make me feel very relaxed and confident that nothing that she does will hurt. I’ve been with this office for about 9 years now. All of the employees at the office have been easy to work with and professional and friendly."

"My visits to the Aberdeen Location off 34 are always great but this last visit with Casey the clinical manager, Dr. Patel, and Vickie the office manager was exceptional. I get extremely uncomfortable at the dentists but they made me feel calm cool and collective. ProSmile needs more of these people in there ranks for sure! Can wait for my next cleaning. "I’m posting from a family members account, until I find a new dentist. I wish I could give this place ZERO stars. EVERY single time I come here it’s over a two and a half hour visit. The dentist just leaves you in the chair for 45 min at a time as he makes his rounds to other patients. I got a cleaning once and waited in the chair for almost an hour just for the doctor to give me an exam. He never came in, so I left. Almost 3 hours at the dentist every time is unacceptable, especially for just routine check ups, fillings. Looks like it’s time to find a new dentist."

"I absolutely love Dr DiMaggio. the girls in the back working with him or personable and excellent however the girls at the front desk should be fired they look like they don't want to work there they have a attitude and I think they should move on to their next job. and that's a fact. if you expect them to be at your office I suggest that you send them to human resource classes and learn their position and how to meet and greet. otherwise I've never had a bad experience with the dentist or technicians. I actually look forward to going there when I have to except for that front desk crew"

Very unprofessional and rude, also scheduling was a nightmare she could not get an appointment during the hours her son was at school. Wouldn’t even take my dog to this place.
