"No wait really and he got right in there grabbed that pesky old tooth and pulled it out. Been going here for 10 or so years and sometimes they're like a butcher shop other times they're great it's really hit or miss. It takes months sometimes to get an appointment but not for emergency care they reserve appointments every day for emergency so if you got a toothache most times you can be seen that day except for Sundays and holidays. We have an insurance plan for Eastern dental and most of the work doesn't cost a dime I don't know how much they are compared to other places even without insurance. I know getting a cavity fill on the front of your tooth in your smile line is free for color match filling"
"They’re almost too good to be true! Friendly, cheerful, assuring, sincere, accommodating professionals. The front desk staff are amazing! You’re treated to a warm welcome and acknowledgement which speaks volumes as they’re the first persons you’ll see when you walk in. And honestly, who doesn’t need to feel at ease when walking into a dental office! Securing an appointment has not been a hassle AT all! I’ve been talked through the process of my current dental procedure. They have taken the time to answer any questions or concerns I may have without rushing me out the door. I selected Old Bridge Eastern on a handful of recommendations & kudos from co workers so I upgraded my dental insurance and came in with high hopes. I am so glad I found y’all! "I don't normally write reviews, but hopefully this can steer someone to a better dental office and save them trouble. I went here with some pain, and was told I need a filling, and a possible root canal, regarding two different teeth. Once given the filling, I was still in pain and swollen. Then told I will need a root canal on top of the other one as the filling was not fixing the problem. I went to get a second opinion as I did not trust this diagnosis, as well as my insurance denying these procedures. What I was told shocked me. I did not need any root canals, but rather I needed crowns. The continuing pain and swelling was from this offices sloppy work, a filling too big and misshapen that my gums were irritated to all hell. Not to mention the dentist being too heavy handed when numbing me, the area where the needle went was sore for almost a week, an experience I have never had anywhere else. Please, if you go here advocate for yourself, or see a different office. I'm sure they only said I needed certain procedures to get more money from me and my insurance company. Besides this, all the hygienists and receptionists are sweet and empathetic, and always treated me kindly."
"I visited this practice in an emergency due to a toothache. All of the staff was mostly very polite. The dentist was patient with me and answered all of my questions. The front desk and techs were all really helpful. However, the finance person seems like she may be in the wrong field - She lacked compassion, she was not welcoming at all, and I felt like I was inconveniencing here the whole time we spoke. She barely let me get a sentence out before spitting out a total (mind you, I had not even seen the dentist yet). No greeting, or personable conversation nothing just numbers. It was almost like I was buying a used car. If I was not in so much pain and in need of care, I would most definitely have left after meeting her. I did not feel cared for at all in that moment as a patient. If she is the face of the company or even one of the first people you meet when visiting, I want to be clear in saying that she is most definitely a deterrent to customer satisfaction and should be trained on proper customer service. I manage a private practice myself in a different area of medicine, and I would never tolerate my staff treating our clients the way I was treated by her today."
"The office was very clean and state of the art. The staff members were very pleasant and I had a great experience with Dr. Shaw, he is exceptional in his craft. I was a bit of a nervous Nancy prior to my wisdom teeth extraction. The procedure could not have gone any smoother. True professionals, I highly recommend."
