"So much to say, so I'll just start with the final straw. I paid 3 times for the same issue. I had an implant put it and was told they had the correct parts. A few months in, it came loose. I went in and they said the tool they used wasn't correct (so what I paid for, I have no clue). So 5hey charged for that visit and said they would order the part...6 months and many phone falls later, they received the part. I went back and they charged me for a 3rd visit to screw in the tooth that should have been done the first time. And, I was charged $150 for the device. I have asked for it several times so I could get q new dentist and they stopped communicating with me. The dentist also made comments on how I can get a second opinion and he's not lying about the other crowns he suggested. I never thought he was lying until he said that."

"Absolutely horrible. Had a small copay due which I was going to pay Friday on payday in the meantime they would not issue a note for my job saying I was there. Beyond unprofessional and zero empathy. The other reviews are right about them. Stay away! EDIT The response by staff makes absolutely no sense and is irrelevant mumbo jumbo that takes no responsibility nor does it address the issue. The bottom line is they only care about money and will not do the simplest things such as provide a Dr's note unless they make money off it. The fact they can't even produce a Dr's note for a patient who was seen by them simply bc they aren't making money off of it is ridiculous. The whole situation is ridiculous. Their response is ridiculous. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!"

"I’ve been regularly traveling 30 minutes to see DR PAUL for 15+ years and the short version of this review is that I love the vibe there! It IS a GREAT practice! I know these reviews always say that everyone on the staff is pleasant and professional, but in this case it is absolutely true. The whole staff, from the front desk (shout out to Susan and Rachel!) to the hygienists to Dr Paul himself, are all as friendly as they are efficient. In my recent routine cleaning and checkup, the hygienist, Jenine, was gentle and thorough (as are all the hygienists there). Dr Paul completed the exam, showing me real-time pictures on a monitor of the conditions that were a concern, and walked me through the treatment options in easy to understand language. The freshly renovated office has a cheery beachy/island décor with a comfy waiting room. Each of the treatment rooms are state of the art, including TVs on the ceiling you can watch during treatment. The office is fully handicap accessible, including an adjustable chair that makes wheelchair transfers easy, as well as the ability to treat patients in their wheelchairs if transfer is not desired. Good people. Dental excellence!"

"There are so many good things to say about this office. They were able to accommodate a same day Saturday appointment to treat an emergency. Every single person working in that office was friendly and accommodating, an experience you don’t always get from other medical office and truly sets them apart. We loved the service so much that we have decided to bring our whole family. If you are looking for a new dentist, this practice will not disappoint. We would give them more stars if we could. Amazing experience!"
