"This was a HORRIBLE experience. I was robbed by this company. The tow guy recommended a repair shop to me and said that the towing would be free if I took it to Expressway auto repair. He also assured me that they can work on my Tesla. After dropping the car off, I spoke with a representative a few hours later who also assured me that they are certified to work on Tesla vehicles. After 7 days of me asking for an estimate and receiving no answer, they call me to say that they can't do anything for me and that I need to bring my Tesla to a certified Tesla body shop and that I was being charged for storage. They knew since day one that they were not a certified Tesla repair shop but kept my car. Also, How can I be charged for storage if I never received an estimate or update? No auto repair shop charges storage until after the estimate is given and the owner leaves the car there. Then they charged me to have my car towed out of their lot because they don't allow other tow companies on their property. This was complete robbery! I will never deal with this company again nor will I recommend or allow anyone I know to go to them for any type of business."

"Brought my car here based on a friend’s recommendation and I’m so glad I did! I usually get really anxious about dealing with car stuff, but Daniel put me at ease and was very professional. I like that he wasn’t trying to keep my car in the shop for more days than necessary, and in the end my car looks immaculate. Lisa was also incredibly kind and helpful in assisting me with getting my claim processed, saving me time and energy in dealing with insurance people myself. I think they also washed my car! It was so much cleaner than how I dropped it off and the interior was vacuumed. They didn’t mention it but I noticed and really appreciated the touch!"
