"Wow, I have never heard anyone sound so rude to a customer you have never met. I booked my appointment through her website and it gave me the option to confirm which I did. However there is a $25 fee to hold your spot and I didn't see where to pay that amount. When booking your appointment, the website would ask for your card details, I assumed that whatever fee would be taken from there if the client fails to show. Anyway, this so called human with a peasant behavior didn't have the decency to talk it through instead, she was going off about the $25 fee and cancelled my appointment. I tried to explain but I guess she could not comprehend my explanation due to poor mentality."
